My name is Diana Rowe, and I’ve recently stepped into coaching full time. While I’ve had the honor of working with people from many different backgrounds and careers, I feel especially called to serve Muslim women who are navigating their professional and personal journeys.

I would love to invite you to a 20–30 minute conversation where I’ll ask about your experiences, challenges, and aspirations. The goal of these conversations is to better understand the unique realities Muslim career women face so that I can shape my coaching offerings to truly meet your needs.

What is coaching?

It is not therapy or consulting—it’s a collaborative partnership where you bring your insights and experiences, and I bring tools, perspective, and guidance to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
